Armed Security Supervisor

Title: Site Supervisor

• Location: Mableton, GA 30126
• Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm
• Armed Security License in Georgia is required
• Daily pay options are available; get paid as soon as the next day

The Supervisor's main responsibilities are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards.

• →Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
• →Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
• →Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• →Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
• →Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

• Not afraid to ask questions to better the guards, the company, or themselves
• Strong Leadership skills
• Confident with the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has the ability to multitask

• The ability to work well with a team while accomplishing personal goals

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.

• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Active Armed Security Lincese in Georgia
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus
