Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and detailed scheduling techniques within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific operational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and optimize workflows for improved efficiency.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP components with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to production planning and scheduling.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
