Staff Technician Maintenance

Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Perform equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering majors. Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience; semiconductor or precision manufacturing background is preferred. Solid mechanical and electrical fundamentals, proficient in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. Able to diagnose equipment malfunctions, conduct equipment analysis and propose improvement solutions to enhance equipment availability and yield. Capable of preparing maintenance records, technical reports and equipment modification documentation, with basic English reading & writing skills. Strong hands-on and logical problem-solving skills; able to work in cleanroom, comply with SOP and safety rules, and collaborate cross-functionally. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
