As a Barber or Hairstylist at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop, you'll help guests look and feel their best through quality services and genuine customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Providing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services
• →Delivering a welcoming and consistent guest experience
• →Consulting with guests to understand their preferences and desired looks
• →Staying current with industry trends, techniques, and grooming products
• →Recommending retail products suited to guests' hair and grooming needs
• →Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• →Working collaboratively with teammates to support a positive shop environment
• →Continuing to develop your skills through training and education opportunities

We're seeking experienced and certified Barbers or Hairstylists who are passionate about their profession and committed to excellent service.

• Barbering or hairstyling training and certification
• Strong technical skills and industry knowledge
• Awareness of current haircutting, styling, and grooming trends
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts
