✓Assist with implementing new plans and changes to existing programs

✓Develop and monitor HR budget (salaries, benefits, events)

✓Administer compensation programs (CD&P Framework, salary surveys, job analysis)

✓Manage Workers’ Compensation program and injury reporting

✓Partner with Safety & Health on injury management

✓Oversee DOT PHMSA Drug & Alcohol compliance (pre‑employment, randoms, post‑accident, MIS reporting)

Serve as primary backup to the Payroll Manager for full‑cycle payroll
Maintain HRIS data, associate folders, shift schedules, and org charts
Assist associates with payroll questions (withholdings, benefits, garnishments)
Support timekeeping system maintenance, reporting, and non‑exempt time processing
Lead HR KPIs, analytics, and metrics
Drive HR innovation and technology projects

Bachelor’s degree
5–10 years of related HR experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized, strong problem‑solving ability, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Strong expertise in employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits
UKG system administration and full‑cycle payroll experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
Innovative and strategic mindset
SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or MBA with an HR concentration is a plus
