About the Role

Support end-to-end production execution from order placement through to shipment
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality and compliance requirements are met
Maintain accurate production tracking and support critical path management
Support pre-production and bulk milestones, including approvals, testing and compliance checks
Assist with sample management across development and production stages
Partner cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Planning and Quality teams
Support supplier communication and day-to-day performance management
Identify risks or delays and escalate to support on-time delivery

Requirements

Experience in a production coordination, sourcing or supply chain support role (apparel or similar preferred)
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail
Understanding of production processes, supplier management and critical path
Exposure to cost, quality, compliance and lead-time considerations
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
