✓Graduate from an accredited Therapy program with current licensure in the respective state.

✓3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.

✓Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

✓Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

✓Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
