Analyst, Service Contract and Warranty (day shift)

• →Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• →Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contractual terms.
• →Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations.
• →Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• →Creation of credit and debit note requests for customer billing adjustments, corrections, or complaint resolution.
• →Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft-on-ground issues quickly.
• →Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams.
• →Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
• →Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements.
• →Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers.
• →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals.
• →Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in E1 ERP system
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.
