Review and refine financial analyses to support client optimization, commercial negotiations, and strategic business decisions.

Collaborate with leadership, business development, and operations teams to address client needs and advance strategic initiatives.

Conduct financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and data mining to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support strategic planning, monthly financial reporting, client performance monitoring, and ad hoc analytical requests.

Prepare detailed financial reports, executive presentations, and recommendations that communicate business impact and support informed decision-making.

Analyze complex raw datasets using advanced Excel capabilities to identify trends, assess financial performance, and develop actionable insights.

Present findings and recommendations clearly to executives and internal stakeholders, ensuring financial information supports organizational priorities.

Manage multiple analytical projects and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field is beneficial; the original job description does not specify a mandatory degree requirement.

0–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or a related analytical field is preferred.

Experience in healthcare or healthcare services is an advantage.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail.

A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple assignments, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

The ability to collaborate effectively across teams while working independently in a remote environment.
