Strategic PMO Lead

• →Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• →7 + years of program, portfolio, transformation, PMO, product operations, or related experience in complex cross-functional environments
• →Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent initiatives and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
• →Strong planning, facilitation, risk management, financial tracking, and executive reporting skills.
• →Experience with agile, product, or hybrid delivery models
• →Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver results in an evolving environment
• →Build trusted relationships across the organization, balancing enterprise standards with business needs and operating realities

• PMP, PgMP, agile, product operations, or comparable certification, and experience with portfolio tooling and AI-assisted planning or reporting, is a plus
• Experience in homebuilding, real estate, construction, mortgage, title, land development, sales, purchasing, finance, customer care, or another distributed operating business is a plus
• Experience working in a large enterprise with complex enterprise environments is preferred
• Experience founding, incubating, or building new products, capabilities, or businesses from the ground up is a plus
