AI Adoption & Enablement Manager

• →Supervises 2 or more employees

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Learning, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of technology adoption, change, learning, digital workplace, product enablement, or related experience
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise generative AI and productivity tools and ability to teach practical use cases to nontechnical users
• Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and program management skills.
• Ability to understand governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements and translate them into practical user guidance
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver results in an evolving environment
• Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization, balancing enterprise standards with business needs and operating realities

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or comparable enterprise AI assistants, enterprise AI administration, Power Platform, agent builders and workflow automation tools, or comparable technologies is preferred
• Experience in homebuilding, real estate, construction, mortgage, title, land development, sales, purchasing, finance, customer care, or another distributed operating business is a plus
• Experience working in a large enterprise with complex enterprise environments is preferred
• Experience founding, incubating, or building new products, capabilities, or businesses from the ground up is a plus
