HR Marketing Specialist

• →Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
• →One to two years of related experience
• →Possess in-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
• →Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• →Superb verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• →Experience with recruitment marketing software
• →Ability to cultivate trusting, respectful and professional relationships with colleagues
• →Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
   

• Excellent time management skills to provide attention to details
