Our Client is a banking institution in Kuwait seeking a T24 Project Manager to oversee support and managed services.

• →Manage end-to-end T24 project delivery across support and managed services.
• →Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• →Monitor risks, timelines, and escalations; report to senior management.

• →Lead BA activities across T24 AA, Lending, Accounts, Payments, Treasury, and Finance modules.
• →Produce BRDs, functional specifications, and support UAT activities.
• →Bridge business and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

• →Lead T24 technical design, development, and system integrations.
• →Write and optimise InfoBasic (jBC) routines and API configurations.
• →Provide Tier-3 support and root cause analysis for production issues.

• →Administer and maintain T24 environments ensuring optimal performance.
• →Manage user accounts, roles, COB batch processing, and system upgrades.
• →Monitor system health and resolve platform issues promptly.

• Proven T24 project management experience in banking.
• Strong knowledge of T24 support and managed services.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuwait with valid work authorisation.

• Hands-on T24 experience across AA, Lending, Accounts, Payments, Treasury, and Finance — mandatory.
• Strong BRD documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Banking sector background mandatory.
• Must be available onsite in Kuwait with valid work authorisation.

• Strong T24 technical development and architecture experience.
• Proficiency in InfoBasic (jBC), Java, and TAFJ/TAFC frameworks.
• Experience with OFS and RESTful API integrations.
• Banking sector background mandatory.
• Must be available onsite in Kuwait with valid work authorisation.

• Proven T24 system administration experience in banking — mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of COB processes, Unix/Linux, and Oracle or MSSQL databases.
