Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst

Digitization of sepia/ transparent logs using Neuralog professional log digitizing software Scanning digitizing and storage of legacy paper logs Co-ordinate incoming correspondence/mails and outgoing documents from the Manager’s office Verification and QC of all scanned or digitized logs and documents before archiving or loading into Esearch database Professional archiving of logs, technical reports and documents for easy retrieval Maintain uniform bar-coding of logs, Reports and documents in line with Total Group document archiving specification. Carry out all his duties in a quality and safety-conscious manner CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Context: Working in a multi-cultural environment requires good level of interpersonal relationship Environment: Located in Port Harcourt, the position request for a high level of availability and accountability for successful outcomes ACCOUNTABILITIES Treating official document and data with utmost confidentiality and priority Maintain high of responsibility and Product quality assurance Timeliness and focus are key requirements of the job holder Sending outgoing documents early enough Cordial inter-personal relationship with other members of staff, contractors and visitors Professional Archiving and indexation skills. Requirements B.Sc. or HND in Sciences and Computer science Good appreciation of English Language and effective report writing skills Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 5 years or more working experience on the job as Log digitizer and Archivist
