MRI Technologist - Per Diem

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 180 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. University Radiology at Cooper is a partnership between University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology services in New Jersey, and Cooper University Health Care, South Jersey’s leading academic health system.

• →Screen patients for MRI safety, including implants, devices, and contrast eligibility
• →Position patients and select appropriate coils and sequences for diagnostic image quality
• →Administer IV contrast as permitted by credentials and facility policy
• →Evaluate images for quality and completeness before they go to radiologists
• →Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Per diem position with Saturday shifts 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Coverage available every other Saturday
• Work locations include our Cherry Hill and Moorestown, NJ imaging offices

*Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

• ARRT(MR) certification.
• 3 or more years of MR work experience. 
• High-field magnet experience a must.
• GE high-field magnet experience preferred.

$55/hr
