  • Contribute to solution design and technical decisions, applying architectural patterns, best practices, and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, working independently across teams.
  • Plan and perform unit and functionality testing; diagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure system stability.
  • Handle multiple projects with varying priorities, and actively share knowledge with others.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of .NET Core 8.0+ / .NET / C# development (Visual Studio), with proven expertise in custom API development and system integration.
  • RESTful API design and consumption; authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth basics).
  • Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and XSD; React.js or Angular.
  • Proficient in SQL for integration queries, with query tuning in MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns and secure, scalable, multi-user coding; proven track record of resolving performance issues.
  • AWS for .NET deployment; Docker and Kubernetes (incl. YAML manifests); GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD.
  • Exposure to application servers, web servers, and basic Unix commands.
  • Experience in a complex matrix environment with global teams across time zones; high attention to detail.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Banking industry experience with Actimize, AML, KYC, and Fraud solutions (highly desirable).
