Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can learn new skills, work with a great team, and make a difference for people in their time of need?

Rainbow Restoration of Cincinnati/NKY is looking for a dependable and motivated Contents Cleaning Technician to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. Our technicians specialize in cleaning and restoring furniture, household belongings, and other personal items affected by fire, smoke, water, and other property damage.

You'll work alongside a team of approximately 5–10 employees in a small-business environment where teamwork, quality, and helping others matter. We use specialized equipment and advanced cleaning techniques, including ultrasonic cleaning, ozone treatment, and carpet cleaning, to help restore customers' belongings.

No prior restoration experience is required. We are willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do

Clean and restore furniture, household goods, and personal belongings.
Operate specialized cleaning equipment, including ultrasonic cleaning systems and ozone treatment equipment, following established safety procedures.
Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed.
Inspect items for damage and determine appropriate cleaning methods with guidance from the team.
Carefully handle, organize, label, and track customer belongings throughout the cleaning process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production and quality goals.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure every item receives proper care.
Help customers recover their belongings after unexpected property damage.

What We're Looking For

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting and moving items as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Previous cleaning, warehouse, restoration, or hands-on labor experience is a plus, but not required.
