Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), command center, or centralized monitoring facility.
Experience monitoring multiple camera feeds and responding to security alerts.
Experience identifying suspicious activity and communicating with local law enforcement.
Previous security dispatching, alarm monitoring, or emergency communications experience.
