Responsibilities

→Conduct interviews with candidates via video conferencing tool
→Review applications for qualification and/or technical skills
→Utilize ATS, Google Suite, Calendly, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organized
→Keep your schedule of availability updated in a timely manner, and always show up on time for your interviews (barring an emergency)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Previous professional experience teaching and/or conducting interviews
Experience with HRIS systems a plus
Consistently available 10-20 hours each week
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
Clearance of all required background checks
As this is a fully remote position, access to a laptop or desktop computer, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free space are required.
