Finishing Supervisor - Iron River Area

• →Supervise finishing line staff and assign daily work assignments.
• →Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to meet output targets.
• →Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
• →Train new employees on finishing equipment and safety procedures.
• →Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance repairs.
• →Track production metrics and report results to plant management.
• →Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• →Resolve employee concerns and document performance issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in finishing or production operations.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of finishing processes such as coating, polishing, or deburring.
• Ability to read work orders and production specifications.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

• Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Forklift certification.
• Associate degree in manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.
