Recruiter

The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience and is confident managing the full recruitment process, not just reviewing incoming applications.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple departments or locations.
• Strong sourcing experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools, with the ability to speak to specific sourcing strategies and results.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and Indeed to identify, connect with, and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and hiring managers, balancing different hiring needs and priorities.
• Ability to independently manage 5+ active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to build candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

• →Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across corporate departments, dealerships, and affiliated companies.
• →Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
• →Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• →Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• →Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the offer process.
• →Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• →Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• →Attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• →Collaborate with the recruiting team to support hiring initiatives across multiple locations.

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with proactive candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Ability to independently manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working directly with hiring managers at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned Fort Worth or Dallas office and occasional recruiting events.

This is a 100% on-site position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.
