AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Grand Rapids Care Center in Grand Rapids, Ohio.

Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, pick up occasional weekday or weekend hours, or simply want the flexibility of PRN work without feeling like "just the PRN therapist," we'd love to talk.

At AdvantageCare, we believe PRN clinicians should feel like part of the team, too.

You'll work alongside an established rehab team caring for an adult and geriatric population while having the flexibility that makes PRN work attractive in the first place.

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation has been providing rehabilitation services for more than 23 years, and we're therapist-founded and therapist-led.

That clinical foundation makes a difference.

Our Physical Therapist Assistants aren't simply filling treatment minutes. They're actively helping patients improve their strength, mobility, balance and independence while collaborating with Physical Therapists and other members of the rehabilitation team to provide individualized, meaningful care.

We recognize that PTAs play an essential role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, and we value the clinical skills, compassion and experience they bring to every treatment session.

For a Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys geriatrics, hands-on rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional goals, a skilled nursing environment offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference.

You'll have the chance to work with individuals recovering from hospitalization, illness, surgery, injury or functional decline.

One day, you may be helping someone regain the strength to safely transfer from their wheelchair. Another day, you may be working with a patient on walking farther, improving balance or rebuilding the confidence needed to return home.

    Those improvements matter.

And because rehabilitation is a team effort, you'll be working alongside other clinicians and facility staff who share the same goal: helping each patient achieve the highest level of function and independence possible.

At Grand Rapids Care Center, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients while providing individualized treatment that supports their recovery and quality of life.

    Already working full-time?

Working part-time and looking for additional income?

Want to keep your clinical skills active without committing to another regular schedule?

Looking for occasional weekend or weekday hours?

We're interested in talking with Physical Therapist Assistants who have consistent PRN availability as well as clinicians who may only have select days or weekends available.

Whether you're looking for supplemental income, additional clinical experience or a flexible way to stay involved in patient care, we'd love to learn more about what works for you.

We're interested in clinicians at different stages of their careers.

If you're an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant, bring your clinical knowledge, hands-on treatment skills and perspective to a team that values your contributions.

If you're earlier in your career, this can be an excellent opportunity to gain additional experience with geriatric rehabilitation, functional mobility, balance, gait training, therapeutic exercise and skilled nursing care while collaborating with an established rehabilitation team.

We believe great rehabilitation comes from clinicians who are passionate about patient care, communicate effectively and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
