At The Crest at Lakeville, our dining room is the heart of the community. It’s where residents gather, celebrate, and connect every day. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Dining Server who takes pride in polished service and enjoys developing a team. If you’ve led a floor in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living setting and want steady hours, a reliable paycheck, and work that truly matters, this is your next step.

• Full-Time: Weekdays and Weekends | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Lead the dining room during meal service, setting the tone for warm, attentive, and polished hospitality
• Get to know residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines so every meal feels personal
• Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service smooth and timely
• Help plan and execute special events, holiday meals, and family gatherings
• Train, mentor, and support new dining team members, and assist with scheduling
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards and help keep the department survey-ready

• 3+ years of dining service experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year as a Lead Server, Shift Lead, or in food service leadership (preferred)
• Experience in senior living, fine dining, banquets, or catering (a big plus)
• Experience serving special events (preferred)
