Senior FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support Hologic’s International Finance team across financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering activities. This role will work closely with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders to provide accurate financial insight, support decision-making, and help drive delivery of regional and divisional financial objectives.

This is a key supporting role within the International FP&A team and will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high quality work under pressure. You will play an important role in supporting financial performance, improving reporting processes, and contributing to strategic and tactical planning across the region.

• Drive international financial analysis across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, units, ASP, and performance trends.
• Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to support delivery of financial objectives and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Support the execution of strategic and tactical plans across the region.
• Develop, track, and analyze key leading indicators and performance metrics.
• Prepare country, regional, and divisional profitability reporting, including unit, ASP, gross margin, and operating expense analysis.
• Support the annual budget process, working with senior leaders to prepare accurate, credible, and financially sound budgets.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts at the required level of detail and ensure accurate system uploads.
• Provide focused P&L landing estimates during quarter-end cycles.
• Challenge business partners constructively to improve forecast accuracy and proactively mitigate financial risks.
• Support consolidation of International financial results and reporting.
• Assist the FP&A Director with business reviews, finance cycles, and executive-level reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, cross-training, and holiday cover across the FP&A team.
• Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and projects linked to international strategy and business performance.
• Help drive the FP&A team toward its goal of being a best-in-class business partner.

• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, commercial finance, business finance, or a related finance role.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with experience analyzing revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, budgets, and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Hyperion.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and associated applications would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently across multiple concurrent activities.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a global matrix environment and build strong relationships across the organization.
• Comfortable working with complex data and business issues requiring strong understanding of organizational objectives.
• Ability to support budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach, with the ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture.
• Curiosity about and practical experience with AI tools in FP&A, with the judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
• Willingness to identify and drive opportunities where AI and automation can improve the speed, quality, and insight of planning and forecasting processes.
• Ability to travel a few days per quarter as required.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Salary: €65,000 – €78,000 gross per year. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
