Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, development, coordination, and delivery of learning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, workforce skill gaps, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Support the design and development of training materials, presentations, job aids, guides, learning resources, and other educational content.
  • Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and other learning and development activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, workshops, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing activities.

  • Gather and analyze participant feedback, survey results, participation information, and other program data.
  • Evaluate learning and engagement information to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and future workforce needs.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, briefings, and other materials to communicate program activities and results.
  • Support onboarding, professional development, knowledge transfer, and workforce development activities.
  • Assist with maintaining learning resources, knowledge repositories, standard operating procedures, and other workforce materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences, employee engagement, communication, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support multiple learning and engagement initiatives and priorities in a deadline-driven federal consulting environment.
