Assistant Manager, Collection (GETB)

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the Group Takaful sales team and align job functions to meet organisational goals.
• Assist the Manager in managing the collection process to ensure timely and efficient recovery of outstanding payments.
• Assist in managing the primary collection of contributions and claim excess recovery.
• Handle escalated inquiries and complaints related to outstanding payments with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Continuously evaluate and refine collection policies and procedures to ensure optimal effectiveness.

Job Specification:

• Preferably a degree holder in Finance, Business Studies, Insurance, or Marketing.
• Any higher professional qualification(s) would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
• People-oriented and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in Access is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Group Asia system and/or GMBTS system is an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Good team player.
• Good knowledge of the Takaful market and industry.
