Greenlight is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization to own how visitors, especially those from paid media, become paying customers. You will own the conversion journey from ad click and landing page through plan selection, registration, KYC, onboarding and first purchase on greenlight.com.
This role combines CRO strategy (what the customer sees and why) with product execution (getting experiments built, launched and measured correctly). You will set the CRO roadmap, run a high-velocity experimentation program, and improve how our plans and products are presented so more families sign up and pay.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Product, Product Led Growth.
Own the full-funnel CRO roadmap for paid traffic, tied to registration and paid-subscription targets.
Match each landing page to the ad’s intent, audience and channel, and tailor value-prop messaging by segment and traffic source.
Work with Growth Product and Growth Marketing leadership to turn each funnel stage into a multi-channel acquisition testing strategy.
Find and size drop-off using funnel analytics, session replays and user research.
Streamline the path from the landing page through registration and KYC, including multi-step forms and mobile-first flows, adding trust and compliance signals without hurting conversion.
Improve plan presentation and comparison to ease decisions and sharpen our competitive position.
Build and prioritize an experiment backlog scored on impact, effort and confidence.
Design and run statistically sound A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, plan selection, signup, onboarding and upsell. Manage setup, QA, traffic allocation and readouts, and plan test velocity around available traffic.
Share results to inform Product, Marketing, Brand and Lifecycle strategy.
Define tracking from landing through plan selection, registration, KYC and activation, and work with Analytics and Engineering to implement it. Ensure clean data flows from the website into registration, product and lifecycle systems.
Report KPIs to leadership: conversion rate, session-to-registration, registration-to-paid and downstream retention.
6 to 8+ years in product management, growth or CRO, including at least 3 years owning conversion for a consumer website or acquisition funnel in fintech, consumer subscription or high-growth B2C.
A proven CRO track record, with concrete examples of experiment-driven conversion gains across acquisition, signup or onboarding funnels.
Paid marketing expertise: a strong grasp of landing page strategy, marketing funnel stages, and how paid channels, audiences and creative affect on-site conversion.
Customer-first UX expertise, with a record of improving experiences through research and testing.
Deep hands-on experience with Optimizely or a comparable platform: designing statistically sound tests, managing large backlogs and interpreting results correctly.
Experience optimizing how products, plans and pricing are presented and compared.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable writing SQL or working closely with analysts; proficient in Mixpanel, GA4 or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with MarTech and tracking (GTM, Segment). You don't need to code, but you can write specifications, QA implementations and debug issues.
Experience leading engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
An ownership mindset: you identify gaps in product, process and measurement and fix them without being asked.
Experience optimizing Shopify sites and apps, Amazon storefronts and product listing pages.
Experience with Contentful or another headless CMS.
Background in consumer fintech, financial services or other regulated industries, including KYC flows.
Experience with subscription or freemium models and trial-to-paid conversion.
Familiarity with CDPs and using first-party data for personalization.

Who we are:
It takes a talented team to aim for a mission like ours. We're looking for people who ask "is it bold enough?" People who bring their real selves to the table and push the people around them to do the same. We win by never hesitating to jump in, offer a hand, or share the credit, because we know we're stronger together than apart. And through all of it, the mission stays the thing we measure ourselves against: are we doing right by the families counting on us? If that sounds like your kind of team, we'd love for you to apply.
