  • Demonstrated success managing professional relationships with employers, executives, benefits administrators, or healthcare stakeholders.

  • Experience working with self-funded employer health plans, TPAs, or employee benefits brokerage firms.
  • Familiarity with emergency department billing, out-of-network reimbursement, and healthcare claims adjudication.

  • Established professional relationships within the East Texas or Gulf Coast employer and benefits communities.
  • Experience presenting healthcare financial data or strategic recommendations to executive audiences.

Success in this role isn't measured simply by the number of meetings held or relationships established. It's measured by the trust you build, the problems you solve, and the progress you create.

You'll make a meaningful impact by:

  • Strengthening employer relationships through timely, thoughtful resolution of complex concerns.
  • Improving communication and collaboration between employers, benefits professionals, and HHER's revenue cycle teams.
  • Expanding engagement with regional HR leaders, benefits brokers, and TPAs.
  • Advancing qualified opportunities for employer-supported network participation and direct-to-employer agreements.
  • Delivering measurable progress toward strategic relationship and business development objectives.

Quarterly performance incentives will be tied to established goals involving relationship management, issue resolution, strategic engagement, and partnership development.

You're equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and problem-solver.

You know how to listen when someone is frustrated, ask the right questions, and bring the right people together to find a solution.

You're comfortable discussing complex healthcare financial matters with an experienced benefits executive, but you never lose sight of the individual patient behind the claim.

You understand that credibility is earned through follow-through, transparency, and consistency.

Most importantly, you recognize that the strongest partnerships aren't built by avoiding difficult conversations. They're built by navigating those conversations with confidence, compassion, and integrity.
