Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

Micron's Data Center Workload Engineering team is looking for a Senior Systems Performance Engineer to build data center–scale performance and power models within the Data Center Workload Engineering team. You will develop software tools and analysis frameworks that project how Micron's SSD and memory products perform under real and emerging data center workloads, with emphasis on AI training, inference, and large-scale data analytics.

As a Senior Systems Performance Engineer, you will build and validate performance and power models for Micron SSD and DRAM products in full-system and data center contexts. Your work will help teams understand AI training, inference, agent AI, and large-scale analytics workloads—and make informed architecture and product decisions. You will combine hands-on lab work, software development, and collaboration with architects, product engineers, and system designers. The role offers room to deepen your expertise in data center performance modeling.
