Position: Customer Service Associate, Fitness Center
Location: Chicago, IL
Part time, 20 weekly hours
Hours: Tues 1-8pm, Fri 445am-1230pm and every other Sun 615am-12pm
Required Travel: None

Responsibilities

→Demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Galter Life Center and demonstrates a service orientation and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the Life Center.
→Greet every member and/or guest that enters and exits the facility.
→Swipe/Enter each member or guest into the facility and verify that membership information is accurate.
→Provide general information about classes, programs, services, special promotions, and answer inquiries via telephone or in person. Direct inquires/questions to the appropriate person if not familiar or unable to assist.
→Be able to conduct a tour of the facility and answer general membership questions.
→Complete register sale transactions for products and services and take membership payments.
→Update basic member information including: address, email, phone and credit cards in CSI software.
→Answers high volume of incoming calls promptly, courteously, and transfers calls to appropriate personnel

→Education: High School Diploma
→Experience: Prior Customer Service/Desk Operations experience
→Must be at least 18 years of age
