Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Service Supervisor to join our team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will lead and coordinate field technicians, drive operational efficiency, and ensure outstanding service delivery to our customers. • →Manage technician performance by setting and enforcing high customer service standards
• →Lead, coach, and develop staff for future advancement and professional growth
• →Efficiently coordinate field schedules and manage workforce utilization to minimize labor variances
• →Oversee staffing decisions in compliance with company hiring, counseling, and performance management policies
• →Ensure accurate work orders and manage WIP inventory and returns to optimize warehouse processes
• →Handle operational tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned

• Minimum 1–3 years of management or leadership experience
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and leading teams
• Strong communication, organizational, mechanical, and mathematical aptitudes
• Ability to engage professionally with customers and represent the company brand effectively
• Must possess a valid driver's license
