• →Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and lead OAC and project meetings
• →Review contracts and vendor agreements, manage deadlines, and submit required notices, including cost and time impacts
• →Run the payment application process from vendor invoices through client payment
• →Develop and maintain the project schedule with the Superintendent, updating it weekly
• →Complete buyout, generate scopes of work, issue vendor commitments, capture savings, and manage change events and job cost reporting
• →Manage submittals, RFIs, permit and testing checklists, and keep Procore items current
• →Document substantial completion and deliver closeout on time

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a business-related field with 3+ years as a Project Manager (preferred), or 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Project. Experience with Procore and Viewpoint Vista preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and financial/analytical skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety completed, or willing to complete within one year
• Able to navigate jobsites, climb stairs and ladders up to 30 feet, and wear required PPE
