You'll help create a great experience for every guest while delivering quality barbering and hairstyling services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services
• Taking the time to understand each guest's preferences and expectations
• Providing friendly, attentive service throughout every appointment
• Keeping up with current styles, grooming techniques, and industry trends
• Helping guests discover retail products that suit their needs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborating with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
• Taking advantage of ongoing education and training opportunities

We're looking for individuals who combine strong technical skills with a genuine interest in providing excellent guest experiences.

• Training and certification in barbering or hairstyling, or an apprenticeship currently in progress
• Strong knowledge of the barbering and hairstyling industry
• Awareness of current styles, trends, and techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts
