  • Lead the functional strategy and multi-year product roadmap for Order Management Systems
  • Support with vendor analysis and evaluations, ROI/business case development, and deployment phasing for a next-generation DOM solution
  • Translate complex omnichannel operational goals (e.g., Available-to-Promise, global inventory visibility, smart order routing, BOPIS/BORIS, Ship-from-Store, and split-shipment rules) into structured product backlogs, epics, and actionable user stories
  • Partner closely with application and enterprise architecture teams, middleware/API teams, and business leadership to ensure integration across eCommerce platforms, SAP ECC, modern DOM engines, POS, and fulfillment networks
  • Oversee order-level payment flows, including authorizations, captures/settlements, gift cards, fraud controls, tokenization, and refund logic across the order lifecycle
  • Work closely with quality engineering to ensure structured integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and operational readiness to ensure defect-free deployments and business continuity
  • Establish hyper care protocols during rollouts to optimize long-term system performance, exception handling, and order throughput

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Technical Product Manager / Product Manager, Omni Technology has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).

    • Strong mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlog prioritization, user story grooming, and sprint delivery
    • Working knowledge of modern integration architectures, including RESTful APIs, event-driven messaging (Pub/Sub, Kafka), and enterprise middleware

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
