Operations Near Patient Care is a key pillar within Global Diagnostic Operations. Through systematic improvement of our cost structure, continuous optimization, and efficiency enhancements, we are positioning ourselves for sustainable growth in a dynamic manufacturing and operations environment.

Be a part of our journey! As a Business Process Expert, you will support the analysis, stabilization, and continuous improvement of business processes and related business and logistics systems within Digital Operations in the Near Patient Care Operations environment.

You will serve as a functional bridge between Business and IT, address functional system and process topics, and contribute to testing, training, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

With your practical SAP and manufacturing process knowledge, you will support reliable day-to-day operations, contribute to effective incident resolution, and help implement standardized improvements in our business solutions environment.

Develop and maintain standards for supported systems and processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase quality, productivity, compliance, and standardization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

 Experience with SAP project work and/or project management.
