Analyst, Payroll

• →3+ years of payroll experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; strong understanding of payroll processes, HCM/Payroll systems, auditing, and basic accounting principles.
• →Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word, attention to detail, problem-solving, troubleshooting, workload prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• →Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll matters clearly, provide superior customer service, collaborate effectively across teams and locations, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• →Adaptable and continuous learner with experience in multinational environments, flexibility to support peak payroll cycles, commitment to meeting deadlines, and openness to new processes, systems, and legislative changes.
