Senior Product Designer, Developer Platform

In this role, you will shape the experience of a developer platform designed to power the next generation of voice AI and intelligent agents. You will take ownership of designing tools that help developers test, evaluate, monitor, and debug AI agents in production. Working at the intersection of developer experience, data visualization, and artificial intelligence, you will transform complex technical information into intuitive, actionable interfaces. You will have the opportunity to create entirely new interaction patterns for emerging AI-native workflows. Collaborating closely with engineers, you will bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping, hands-on development, and high-quality execution. • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex digital products.

• Previous experience designing developer tools, observability platforms, data-heavy applications, or other technically sophisticated products.

• Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to determine the most effective ways to present complex information through charts, tables, and interactive interfaces.

• Comfortable working with code, including reading pull requests, making adjustments using Tailwind CSS, and developing functional prototypes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and establish credibility with highly technical users and stakeholders.

• Experience designing AI-powered products, AI agent platforms, or intelligent developer workflows is highly desirable.

• Practical experience integrating AI tools into the design process, using them as an essential part of everyday workflows.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and move from concept to implementation efficiently.
