We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Advisor to drive commercial transformation and deliver measurable business value for leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex commercial challenges into actionable strategies and impactful solutions. You will work at the intersection of business consulting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven technology, helping clients optimize pricing, trade promotions, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with technical implementation teams, you will ensure that technology deployments generate tangible commercial outcomes. You will also lead strategic client engagements, facilitate business transformation initiatives, and develop long-term value creation roadmaps. Lead strategic advisory engagements with major CPG clients, building trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.

Identify and understand clients' commercial objectives across Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM), including pricing, trade terms, promotional ROI, and assortment optimization.

Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into clear platform requirements and actionable implementation recommendations.

Facilitate market discovery sessions during project kick-offs, ensuring that technology implementation aligns with clients' commercial strategies, business priorities, and KPIs.

Act as the strategic counterpart to technical implementation teams, challenging and validating solutions to ensure they address real business needs and deliver practical value.

Design and lead client-specific training programs using real market data, enabling end users to independently operate analytical tools and interpret business insights.

Develop tailored business methodologies, analytical use cases, and practical best practices to support sustainable adoption and value realization.

Lead commercial business sprints, guiding clients from initial analytical implementation through to measurable revenue growth and optimized commercial performance.

Structure and manage 12–24-month value-extraction roadmaps, identifying opportunities, tracking progress, and quantifying commercial impact.

Coach and support junior consultants, contributing to the development of consulting capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting (Tier 1, Tier 2, or boutique firms) or in a commercial, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or Trade Promotion Management (TPM) leadership role within the CPG industry.

Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value client engagements, including full-service projects and strategic partnerships.

Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

Strong expertise in CPG commercial analytics, pricing strategies, pricing architecture, trade promotion optimization, RGM, and TPM.

Experience developing long-term value creation strategies and translating business opportunities into measurable financial outcomes.

Strong understanding of business transformation, commercial performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to assess business opportunities, quantify potential value, and communicate the expected return on investment.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and client facilitation abilities.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Experience mentoring or coaching junior professionals is an advantage.

Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Fluency in English and willingness to collaborate across international teams.
