Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through the duration of the co-op.
Experience with basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related processes.
Exposure to Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and tools such as ETQ or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Quality Management System Co-Op and gain hands-on experience in maintaining and improving our Quality Management Systems (QMS). This onsite co-op opportunity will provide you with valuable exposure to quality processes, audits, and compliance standards in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will work on meaningful projects that directly impact our organization’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

→Assisting in the preparation and execution of Quality Management System (QMS) and special process audits, including conducting preparatory audits and following up on open actions.
→Participating in third-party audits as an observer.
→Supporting the implementation of AS13100 standards, including auditing and assisting with procedure development.
→Preparing and maintaining Quality systems documentation, processes, and training materials.
→Contributing to Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, including database management, corrective action development, and follow-up.
→Supporting Quality Assurance Team (QAT) activities such as human factor investigations, process walks, and floor sweeps.
→Assisting in the development of systems to manage document review processes, ballot and gap analysis tracking, and alignment of balloted changes within local procedures.
→Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
