About the Role
~1 min readEnova’s Platform Product Management Team is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the tools, services, and platforms that help our software engineers build and ship faster, including how we adopt AI across the software development lifecycle.
In this role, you will shape the product strategy for our internal developer platform, including our developer portal, on-demand environments, shared libraries, AI-powered developer tools, and the tooling that supports building, testing, securing, and deploying software. You’ll treat engineers as your customers: you’ll partner closely with the Developer Experience team, engineering teams across the company, and technology leadership to find friction in the development lifecycle, define solutions, and drive successful execution. You will also lead efforts to help engineers adopt AI tools safely and effectively, from AI coding assistants to internal AI agents and integrations. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong product and project management skills and the ability to turn engineering needs into measurable improvements in developer productivity.
