We are looking for an entrepreneurial and collaborative Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and growth of two strategic automotive data platforms across North America. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TecDataHub while serving as the business owner for the OptiCat MCP initiative. Working closely with customers, suppliers, distributors, engineering, data operations, and commercial teams, you will transform market needs into scalable product solutions. You will play a central role in shaping data standardization, product information management, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities across the automotive aftermarket ecosystem. This position combines strategic product leadership with hands-on roadmap execution and commercial accountability. Your work will directly influence customer adoption, supplier onboarding, platform performance, and revenue growth.

As Product Manager, you will oversee product strategy, development, delivery, and commercial performance for both initiatives, ensuring that customer needs and business objectives translate into successful platform solutions.

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and business objectives for North American TecDataHub and OptiCat MCP.

  • Translate business goals into actionable product strategies, annual plans, and quarterly roadmaps.

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market priorities.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, customer feedback, and developments in Auto Care standards.

  • Lead the development of the North American TecDataHub platform as a neutral industry data utility.

  • Drive adoption of TecDoc methodologies while ensuring interoperability with ACES and PIES standards.

  • Define use cases for North American customers, suppliers, distributors, and data consumers, differentiating the platform from existing catalog, PIM, data syndication, and aftermarket data solutions.

  • Establish product requirements covering product normalization, application mapping, asset and image management, attribute standardization, data quality validation, and API services.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a scalable onboarding framework for manufacturers and distributors.

  • Serve as the business owner for the OptiCat MCP initiative, defining customer requirements and prioritizing capabilities.

  • Partner with development teams to deliver features that improve supplier onboarding, content management, automation, and customer experience.

  • Drive platform utilization, customer adoption, and commercial success.

  • Ensure the MCP roadmap remains aligned with broader strategic objectives.

  • Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.

  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic objectives.

  • Participate in Agile planning, sprint reviews, and release management.

  • Balance customer requests with long-term platform strategy and scalability.

  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Define, monitor, and report product KPIs covering customer adoption, revenue contribution, data quality improvements, supplier onboarding time, platform usage, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Support revenue forecasting and business growth planning.

  • Develop business cases, pricing and packaging recommendations, revenue models, market sizing, and investment priorities in collaboration with Commercial Operations and executive leadership.

  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners.

  • Support the acquisition of founding TecDataHub customers and help achieve adoption and revenue targets established in the annual operating plan.
