In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new sales opportunities and strengthening relationships with business customers across your assigned territory. You will be responsible for consultative B2B sales, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions within the automotive and tire market. The position combines prospecting, account management, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship development. You will play an important role in expanding the customer base, increasing revenue, and building long-term partnerships. Working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, you will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio and pursue new business opportunities. Drive consultative and strategic sales of tires, identifying customer needs and recommending the most appropriate products and solutions.

Provide personalized customer service, building trust and developing long-term business relationships.

Prospect and acquire new B2B customers and identify business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Manage and develop an active customer portfolio, maintaining strong relationships and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment conditions, delivery deadlines, and discounts, in accordance with established business policies.

Monitor sales opportunities and customer requirements, ensuring effective account management and consistent commercial performance.

Conduct external client visits and maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers to support business development.

Active CNPJ registration to operate as an independent legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica – PJ).

Active registration with CORE (Regional Council of Commercial Representatives).

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, tire, automotive parts, or logistics sectors.

Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing customer agreements and contracts.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.

Strong prospecting, organization, and time-management abilities, with the autonomy to manage a customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities.

Availability for business travel and in-person customer visits within the assigned territory.

Valid category B driver's license (CNH).
