  Proactively follow up with potential members and inactive patients to drive additional sales.

• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that makes every patient feel valued.

• Build genuine relationships that encourage patient loyalty and referrals.

• Manage patient check-ins, payments, and front desk operations.

• Answer phones, educate patients about services, and respond to inquiries.

• Maintain accurate patient records using our point-of-sale software.

• Support marketing promotions, community outreach, and sales initiatives.

• Work closely with our chiropractors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred (retail sales, membership sales, fitness, hospitality, or similar industries).

• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
