Sr IT Infrastructure Analyst

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to the Air Methods infrastructure.  Focus on systems or network administration, maintenance, updates, performance, planning, documentation, and optimization.  Tier 4/expert level troubleshooting and problem solving required, as is a working understanding of connected networks or systems such as servers, storage, datacenter/cloud applications and utilities including Office 365 and VPN technologies, WAN/LAN connectivity, and client environments.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project management experience on large implementation projects
• Experience creating relationships with and managing vendors
• Experience evaluating processes and recommending IT solutions to improve processes

• Expert level ability to solve technical problems and provide long-term, scalable solutions
• Ability to be work in an unstructured environment and create structure
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to express highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• Working knowledge of at least one cloud IAAS platform (Azure, AWS, etc)
• Expert level skill in designing, building, updating, and maintaining, networks and network systems
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on capability with other common Citrix, Microsoft, and Cisco technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Visio
