We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Director of Clinical Operations, Strategy, and Innovation to drive operational excellence and transform healthcare delivery at scale. In this high-impact leadership role, you will design and implement organization-wide strategies that improve clinical outcomes, streamline care coordination, and enhance the overall member experience. Working across clinical, product, technology, and frontline teams, you will turn complex challenges into scalable solutions and measurable results. You will combine advanced analytical thinking, operational architecture, and hands-on execution to accelerate innovation and improve performance. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. You will also help build and scale innovative clinical programs that make quality care more accessible, efficient, and responsive to members' needs.

  • Strategic Planning and Operational Architecture: Design and implement organization-wide strategies, operational frameworks, and cross-functional workflows that improve clinical performance and support key business and healthcare outcome metrics.
  • Care Coordination Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline care coordination processes, including improving access to laboratory services, preventive screenings, and other essential clinical interventions.
  • Member Engagement and Experience: Develop strategies to strengthen member engagement across clinical services and communication channels, ensuring members can access appropriate care and support when they need it.
  • Clinical Encounter Optimization: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of member interactions by evaluating existing processes, identifying performance gaps, and implementing high-impact operational improvements.
  • Program Development and Scalability: Build, expand, and optimize cross-channel clinical programs that deliver accessible, consistent, and high-quality care to a diverse member population.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with clinical, product, technology, and frontline teams to develop initiatives, oversee pilot programs, and drive successful implementation and organization-wide adoption.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Management: Analyze operational variability, identify key performance drivers, develop quantitative decision-making frameworks, and use probabilistic models to distinguish meaningful insights from data noise.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Lead rapid-cycle experimentation, evaluate new approaches, and translate findings into practical improvements that enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
  • Operational Execution: Bridge long-term strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, addressing immediate operational challenges while developing sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Servant Leadership and Team Enablement: Lead directly and through influence, prioritizing the needs of frontline clinicians, removing operational barriers, and ensuring teams have the resources and workflows needed to succeed.
  • Technology and Process Innovation: Explore and leverage modern technologies, including AI-powered tools and large language models, to simplify workflows, improve productivity, and support more effective clinical operations.
