Data Scientist AI Engineer Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer consultant to work on-site at our client's project, focusing on the development of the M3D matching engine. This consultancy mission will involve working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the enhancement of job matching services.

• →Design, develop, and evolve the M3D engine and its data pipelines, including the ingestion of profiles, job offers, and training offers into Microsoft Fabric.
• →Implement semantic indexing and search using Azure AI Search, including fuzzy matching logic, scoring, and reranking.
• →Prioritize job and training proposals to support business positioning services, profile robustness, job matching, training matching, and career path recommendations.
• →Deploy and activate Microsoft environments, including Azure, Fabric, Foundry, Docker containers, and Azure App Service.
• →Establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and ensure compliance with security, identity, and sovereignty requirements.
• →Expose the engine as an API and create connectors for integration with the client's Unique Dossier and business tools.
• →Focus on data quality and validation of the engine through testing protocols, measuring result relevance, and preparing for production releases.
• →Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure operational continuity, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the client's teams.
• →Support the trajectory of the engine towards 2028 and the decommissioning of replaced tools, in coordination with project leaders.

• Recent experience as a Data Scientist / AI Engineer.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and activating data and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Fabric.
