MarketingCreative Strategist

The AI Creative Strategist will lead the creative engine behind paid user acquisition for an innovative AI-powered fitness application. Combining performance marketing expertise with hands-on creative production, you will transform audience insights and campaign data into compelling advertising concepts that drive engagement, downloads, and customer growth. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to produce high volumes of static, video, and user-generated content (UGC) advertisements across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with user acquisition specialists, channel managers, and brand teams, you will continuously test, analyze, and optimize creative performance. You will play a key role in establishing scalable AI-powered production workflows and building a data-driven creative testing framework from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the advertising strategy of a growing digital fitness product within a lean, innovative, and AI-first environment.

  • Develop creative acquisition strategies: Translate audience insights, market trends, and campaign performance data into compelling advertising concepts, messaging angles, hooks, offers, and creative formats that drive app acquisition.
  • Own the creative testing roadmap: Collaborate with the Director of User Acquisition to establish testing priorities, define creative hypotheses, determine testing sequences, and identify the insights each campaign should generate.
  • Produce AI-powered advertising content: Independently create high-quality static images, videos, and UGC-style advertisements using AI-powered image, video, voice, and editing tools alongside traditional design software.
  • Scale creative production: Develop multiple advertising variations across formats, lengths, hooks, languages, and platform specifications to support high-volume testing and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Drive performance marketing messaging: Write persuasive advertising copy, scripts, headlines, hooks, and on-screen text for paid campaigns, app store listings, and landing pages while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage creative testing and optimization: Work closely with channel managers across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads to launch creative experiments, evaluate results, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze creative performance: Monitor key metrics, including hook rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per install (CPI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates, using insights to determine which creatives should be scaled, refined, or discontinued.
  • Identify and address creative fatigue: Monitor advertising performance to identify declining engagement or conversion rates, proactively replacing underperforming content with fresh concepts and creative variations.
  • Build scalable AI production workflows: Establish efficient AI-powered production pipelines, including tools, templates, prompts, and repeatable processes that enable high-volume creative output without compromising quality.
  • Maintain creative intelligence: Build and maintain a centralized record of successful audiences, messaging angles, offers, hooks, and formats, sharing insights with user acquisition, brand, product, and partner marketing teams.
  • Coordinate external creative resources: Brief and manage freelance designers, UGC creators, production vendors, and other external partners when additional capacity or specialized creative expertise is required.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams: Work with the central AI design team to leverage production tools, prompt libraries, templates, and brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for further workflow improvements.
  • Ensure responsible AI production: Follow established policies governing AI usage, data privacy, intellectual property, and content rights, including permissions related to likenesses, music, and fitness trainer content.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment: Partner with brand, product, and partner marketing teams to incorporate product launches, new features, creator content, and brand positioning into paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Deliver measurable growth: Establish a consistent weekly creative testing cadence, increase the share of advertising investment allocated to winning concepts, and improve acquisition performance through continuous experimentation.
  • Build the creative function: Help establish a scalable, AI-first creative operation that increases production volume, accelerates learning, and supports business growth without requiring proportional increases in headcount.
