Objective

Perform space management program, assuring process and data governance with accuracy compliance.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Fully dedicated on-account resource supporting Space Data Management Team (SDM) services:

§  CAFM Operations - Management and maintenance of Client’s CAFM technology (Archibus)

§  Support location coordinator’s / teams to maintain accurate employee data & floor plan information in CAFM.

§  Dedicated CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.

§  Data archiving.

§  MIS for Executive review

• Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed reports of this for review - Space data (allocations and space types) maintenance

§  Assist with office space planning support as needed

§  Supports the Move coordination team with data integrity

§  Accommodates ad-hoc requests for queries from the database.

§  Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team lead
