In this role, you will play a key part in driving commercial performance through data-driven insights and strategic analytics within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. You will serve as a primary analytical partner to the US field organization, translating complex commercial data into actionable recommendations that support business growth. Working across regional, territory, and account-level analytics, you will help optimize field deployment, customer targeting, and engagement strategies. You will develop dashboards, analytical models, and reporting frameworks to identify market opportunities and improve commercial effectiveness. Collaborating with Sales Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and senior leadership, you will influence strategic decisions across current and future product launches. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end analytical projects in an innovative, fast-paced environment focused on advancing transformative oncology treatments.

  • Design, develop, and maintain territory-level performance dashboards and scorecards for the US commercial field organization, integrating treatment center activity, referral patterns, infusion data, and patient flow metrics.

  • Conduct regional and sub-national analyses, including geographic demand modeling, treatment center penetration, and market opportunity assessments.

  • Perform territory alignment and optimization analyses to support field force deployment as the authorized treatment center network expands.

  • Develop account-level performance profiles by integrating specialty pharmacy, claims, patient hub, and CRM data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming territories.

  • Provide analytical support to regional business directors and account managers by translating business questions into actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.

  • Design and manage field force effectiveness frameworks, including call activity analytics, reach and frequency optimization, and customer engagement measurement.

  • Develop targeting and segmentation models based on physician prescribing potential, patient referral patterns, and competitive dynamics.

  • Support incentive compensation plan design, financial modeling, and quarterly payout calculations in collaboration with Sales Operations and HR.

  • Build and maintain call planning tools and next-best-action frameworks adapted to specialized cell therapy commercial models.

  • Conduct field force sizing and organizational structure analyses to support upcoming product and indication launches.

  • Partner with commercial data and reporting teams to ensure data quality, integration, accuracy, and timely delivery across multiple commercial data sources.

  • Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual processes, improve consistency, and establish reliable documentation of analytical methodologies, assumptions, and validation procedures.

  • Ensure analytics activities comply with HIPAA requirements and applicable data governance standards, while supporting relevant 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity requirements.

  • Present territory performance trends and field effectiveness insights during commercial operations reviews and to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to align commercial analytics with brand strategy, payer access dynamics, and customer engagement priorities.

  • Support commercial planning activities, including Plan of Action meetings, national sales meetings, and annual business planning.

  • Travel occasionally, up to approximately 10%, for field meetings and national conferences.
