Product ManagementProduct Manager

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of innovative digital experiences that enhance the entire guest journey across physical entertainment and hospitality properties. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own a strategic product portfolio, connecting mobile technology with real-world guest interactions. You will shape the product vision and multi-year roadmap, transforming customer insights and operational needs into impactful digital solutions. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Compliance, and Retail Operations, you will drive initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in creating personalized, location-aware experiences that strengthen guest engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. This is an opportunity to influence a large-scale omnichannel product ecosystem within a dynamic, highly regulated entertainment environment.

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for retail digital experiences, maintaining end-to-end ownership from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.

  • Champion the guest experience by mapping the complete on-property journey, identifying friction points and opportunities, and translating insights into strategic product initiatives.

  • Develop digital features that connect mobile experiences with physical environments, including location-aware functionality, property services, personalized offers, and real-time loyalty recognition.

  • Collaborate with product teams across Growth, Core, and Hospitality to deliver cohesive, intuitive, and customer-centric experiences.

  • Work closely with Retail Operations and property leadership to understand frontline needs, pilot new capabilities, and coordinate successful implementations across multiple locations.

  • Partner with Engineering teams to manage integrations with property systems, hardware, and third-party services, while overseeing mobile release processes in collaboration with delivery teams.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies, including content planning, customer communications, and on-property activation initiatives.

  • Leverage user research, behavioral analytics, competitive intelligence, and experimentation to guide prioritization, measure incremental impact, and optimize product performance.

  • Balance customer experience objectives with regulatory obligations, compliance standards, and responsible gaming requirements.

  • Translate complex business needs and competing stakeholder priorities into clear product strategies, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and business leadership.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as required to support broader product and business objectives.
